Public drop-in dates announced

The latest dates have been set for a series of Public Information Sessions following the submission of our planning application.

We are delighted to announce we have now submitted our outline planning application to Barnet Council for the redevelopment of the Broadwalk Shopping Centre and associated car park, and the TfL bus station and garage.

Since acquiring the Broadwalk Centre in 2020, we have enjoyed working closely with the Edgware community and an extensive network of stakeholders to gain insights into how the development can best serve the local community and have been lucky enough to meet over 3,000 members of the local community across more than 150 engagement events and meetings.

Our local engagement will continue beyond submission of the planning application and we’re committed to continuing to work with the local community throughout the planning and determination process and beyond. We’ve therefore arranged a series of Public Information Sessions to be held at The Meeting Room in the Broadwalk Centre, which will be an opportunity to view key planning documents, meet with members of the development, design and technical teams, and ask any questions you may have.

The Public Information Sessions will be held at The Meeting Room on the following dates:

·       Wednesday 7th August, 4pm – 7pm

·       Saturday 10th August, 2pm – 5pm

·       Wednesday 4th September, 4pm – 7pm

·       Sunday 8th September, 10:30am – 1:30pm

·       Wednesday 11th September, 4pm – 7pm

You can view all submitted documents and comment on the planning application via the Barnet Council planning portal using the application reference number is 24/2686/OUT.
